We emerged in 2020 with the idea of implementing a decentralized P2P based on smart contracts. In early 2021, we released the beta version using DAI on the Binance Smart Chain network. In 2022, we released the official version with improvements and new features. At the end of that same year, Syklo migrated to USDC on Stellar for greater speed and reliability at a lower cost.
